well, to be fair, the 360 version isn't just missing some shadows. It also seems to be lacking some lighting, and is completely void of any and all reflection mapping. The PS3 version has reflections all over the place, even on that little strip of chrome trim around the car's windows has it's own reflective properties. The 360 version has no reflections at all on any surface. That shows alot of extra performance potential of the hardware in my book.

The Simpsons are great. The best TV series of all time imo. Alot of people say it went downhill after season 13, but I've never stopped watching and I don't buy that at all. But it's not like this is something new or anything. Toys R' Us has always sold M rated games. Toys R' Us is actually where I pre-ordered and bought both MK 1 and 2 when they originally released.
The only PS1 games I'd buy that aren't already on the NA PSN Store so I could have them on my PSP Go are.........

As of right now the only PS1 games I've actually bought for my PSP are FF7-9, Star Wars Dark Forces and the Japanese imports of Mega Man 1, 2 and 3. I also have some that were free with Plus, but I wouldn't have bought them.
Well, I don't subscribe to your theory of the previous MKs being "disasters", in fact I find them all to be highly under-rated games. Mk vs DC while a BAD Mortal Kombat game, was actually a GREAT DC comics fighting game and until this new MK was the best story mode ever in a fighting game, it was the same format as the new one, and ALOT longer at about 7 hours to complete both sides. Isn't Super SF4's optional install about 5Gb? And that game has alot less going on technically than SSF4. That optional install on SSF4 all but eliminated loading screens. So if that's the case with MK, I'm happy. I expect load screens, but I expect them to be short.
Agreed. I've never heard of this until today on the PlayStation Blog saying this game was going to be PlayStationPlus content. I'm all over Dungeon Hunter. Some people say bad things about it, some say good things. But I really don't care. I want some real time hack n' slash loot-grabbin' action on my PS3, and for $10 it's a steal. 100% agree. The Xbox version didn't look nearly as good as these HD remake screens. These look ALMOST like a current gen game, and in fact better than SOME current gen games I can think of.

Wow, now THIS is what an HD remake is all about. Rebuilt right from the ground up. Well, at least all new high resolution textures throughout the whole game and updated lighting techniques.
